The registration process will be in three stages.

Stage I: Submission of long abstracts

Stage II: Confirmation of participation, Payment of registration fee
If you received information mail about your paper has been accepted to be presented in SMYE2009 this means that you can proceed with Stage-II. This stage is related with the payment of the participation fee 40€ (bank transfer) or 42€ (credit card payment). Your payment should accompany the e-mail to smye2009@marmara.edu.tr confirming the participation to the SMYE2009 in Istanbul. Please use the following subject line for confirmation: Confirmation – Last Name, First Name. (Paper ID). Please note that the fee must be paid before March 1. You can click HERE to see the information about the the Paper IDs and the sessions in which accepted papers will be presented. All the process will be performed with the information of your PAPER IDs. You do not need your username and password from now.

You can pay the fee in two ways. (Please choose your preferred method)

1- Bank Transfer (40 Euros) : Note that you have to pay all bank transfer fees. Details concerning the bank account have been sent by mail to participants. In case of questions or problems, please contact the Local Organizing Committee at smye2009@marmara.edu.tr
Note that registration for the conference will be considered as completed by paying the participation fee (Stage-II) till March 1 and sending the full paper to smye2009@marmara.edu.tr (Stage-III) till April 1. If you do not pay the fee till March 1, we will interpret this as a non-attendance and thus we will contact others on the waiting list.

Stage III: Sending full papers

You are expected to send to smye2009@marmara.edu.tr a pdf version of your full paper by or before April 1, 2009. Please name your pdf document using `ID_LastName.pdf' (e.g. 725_Presenter.pdf) before sending, where LastName indicates the last name of the presenter. Please use the following subject line for submission: Submission – Last Name, First Name. (Paper ID).

Discussants and others will be able to download your paper from the website.
