01. 12. 2008 – Submitting application forms and paper abstracts
02. 02. 2009 – Notification of Acceptance via website and e-mail
01. 03. 2009 – Deadline for the payment of the participation fee
01. 04. 2009 – Submitting final papers (Camera-ready versions)
15. 04. 2009 – Announcement of the final conference program
23. 04. 2009 – Registration of the participants
24. 04. 2009 – Opening of the conference

    • Please be advised that abstracts or papers will not be published unless participation fee is paid by 01 March 2009.

    • Papers, sent after 01 April 2009 will not be accepted for presentation and publication.

In order to ensure the timely organization of the conference, the elaboration of the final program and the print preparation of the papers, the Local Organizing Committee appeals for observing the above listed deadlines. Papers without a transferred participation fee will not be accepted.
